About Me

 

John is a licensed Realtor with Howard Hanna Realtors approaching three decades of real estate experience, first licensed in 1991. 

John has the added benefit of being supported by The McIntyre Group.  Laura McIntyre, as team lead, has consistently performed in the top 100 agents of the Toledo Board of Realtors.  Laura specializes in marketing efforts for all properties, while John specializes in pricing.  John also carries a Certified Residential Appraiser credential with the State of Ohio and the SRA Designation with the Appraisal Institute.  Governor Kasich has twice appointed John to the Ohio Real Estate Appraisal Board, during which time he has twice served as Board Chair.  This partnership of marketing and valuation expertise gives The McIntyre Group an advantage when servicing their relocation and exquisite property clients.
